Not really an answer there. Let me try to state the issue a bit more clearly.
this
Is a fertilized human embryo, which never embedded because the parent was using an IUD.
this
Is a fetus at 8 weeks. It would look pretty similar if it was a monkey. A very basic neurological system, still no more ability to reason than a hampster.
this
Is a fetus at 35 weeks. Many thousands of these get born every year.
And just for a baseline, this
Is an baby, dashed on rocks (disturbing image, I wouldn't look).
Now, here is the tricky bit...
THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!!!!!!
A statement like "abortion is the same as killing babies" conflates killing all of the above as essentially the same. And its not. Its really not. Most people agree that the last two are wrong (well, the last one is OK if God told us to do it but you get the point). Most people agree that the first is OK (else iuds would "kill more babies" than every abortion clinic on the planet). So there is a sensible debate to be had about what stage in between is OK. A debate which can't happen all the time we try to convince the world a single cell is the same as a viable fetus.
