I'll be surprised if this passes, I pretty much expect for republicans to shut this down while making fools of themselves in the process somehow. Yet the logic is apparent when the military spending is at such an excess, it could take a much harder hit then this. I expect a higher attempt of fear tactics to follow out of the media right in the next couple of days.
