Yes. There are far too many errors and contradictions in it to have been written by a perfect being.
The books of the bible, in particular, but not exclusive to, Noah's Ark, deal only with events, places and creatures that were found in the region of the ancient Middle East. No mention at all about other civilizations, animals, locations, etc, that an all-knowing being who had created the world would have known.
The Noah's ark story may be concerned with just a small area in the Middle East, around eastern Turkey, but the Bible characters were knowledgeable about the lands from Spain to Ethiopia and southern Europe to India. That's a very vast area.
