Firstly, what is a God?
A God is thought to be a superior living being that is alive in it's own dimension or existance and can grant and take life from it's "children".
That would be our planet Earth wouldn't it? Anyone remember 'MRS GREN' from Biology class in high School?
So in a sense this planet is the closest an Atheist can get to a God. After all we humans are not fit to live in the emptiness of space or other planets without special protection.
Plus the old saying that "Water is the Element of Life." 71% of Earth is water.

- Movement Spins and orbits like Saturday Night
- Resperation It has plenty of gasses that are inhaled and exhaled different ways.
- Sensetivity Our planet is being poisoned and it's effecting our environment drastically.
- Growth OK, this be hard to pin but I suppose us humans, animals, plants and other counts as our cells and bacteria in our body doing us good and bad.
- Reproduction Maybe not giving birth to a little Earth, but it does harbor lots of lives on it's surface being born and dying.
- Excretion When it gives off heat and energy out into space.
- Nutrition When it takes in heat from the sun and ofcourse it takes back in those who have died.
