How are you going to test for it?
Do you have any metaphysical measuring devices?
Does your god's metaphysical actions manifest in reality?
If they do, the results of the actions are testable.
If they don't, how would you demonstrate the difference between your god's metaphysical actions that don't manifest in reality, and nonexistent metaphysical actions?
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
