JL, Rome wasn't built in one day. My suggestion is to start simple. If you have access to a library, go there, pick science books meant for children and once you find topics you'd like to know more about, step it up and go through material at a higher level. I do not know what previous education you've had, but if you are starting from zero, there's no shame in it. "I don't know" is a valid position, but there are a lot of topics that can be known and understood. There is a fantastic world out there to be explored and you are in for a treat, if you stay on this path.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura
