Google "Crisis of Conscience" by Raymond Franz, and see if you can locate a copy. If she has not been with them for long, she may not be aware of the scandal from the early 80s when Franz and several others were disfellowshipped for apostasy and Franz wrote a pretty devastating tell-all about the organization. The JWs are fanatical about not allowing any non-JW information from getting to the membership, or even their own older material which might make for some very embarrassing reading. Once they find out that you have that info, they'll put enormous pressure on her to avoid it at all cost.
The JW Facts site (http://www.jwfacts.com) also has a lot of information covering their basic beliefs and some of their dirty laundry. If you can get her to listen, you've got a good chance of convincing her that she's wasting her time. Whatever you do, do not even feign interest in whatever they're selling-- they are very good at drawing people in and then using family relationships as a hostage.

"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."
