Chocolate, especially dark and any that's not heavily processed, has a lot of those flavinoid thingies... or something to that effect.
Also, I had a dark chocolate bar once. Reading some of the nutritional box, one serving (1 square chunk from the bar) had 45% of the daily intake for saturated fat..... and 55% of the recommended fiber.
