All this defence talk is all well and good, but most rape doesn't happen like that. It will usually happen in a familiar setting with a person you thought you could trust. Young women are especially at risk of being raped by boyfriends who tell them they'll leave them if they don't have sex with them, or pull the old "if you loved me you would..." Coerced sex is rape.
Boys these days can easily get the impression from movies, TV and Porn that sex is something they're entitled to, and women exist for the sole purpose of getting them off. Who's there to tell them any different? All they're told is not to commit the most violent kinds of rape, which funnily enough, are the least common.
