I just think it is silly to say it doesn't have anti-religious undertones. Its like saying the Chronicles of Narnia don't have Christian undertones.
If CS Lewis can use his book to push an agenda, why can't Tyson?

Well I'm not butt-hurt that the show has anti-religious undertones so don't be upset at me.
I'm just making an observation. The show isn't just about making people excited about science.
