The Nuremberg Files was a site dedicated to hosting a list of the names, home addresses, and work addresses of many abortion-performing doctors with the subtle implication that they were there for threatening the doctors. For this reason, the Supreme Court ordered it shut down.
NegotiationIsOver seems to be doing the same thing, but it seems their targets are fewer in number, and, since they actually posted elaborate torture fantasies along with their addresses and phone numbers, (something NF webmaster Neal "the Mule-fucker" Horsley did not do) there can be no ambiguity about the threat. There can no mistake this is a criminal act, and, if the Nuremberg Files was shut down, there is no reason negotiationisover shouldn't be.
