if you happen to glance at the girl and you see her staring back at you, then this means that she doesn't like you, or she does like you
If she looks upset, it could mean she is nervous, but still likes you, or hates you.

Do any of you ladies not dislike it when you catch a guy you don't know well staring at your body (especially your breasts). I usually want to be starred at. But I suppose it depends on how you feel about the person starring.
All this, is too much. You're trying to read into the situation far more than you should be. You can try all you want to determine a girl's feelings through body language from a distance, but in the end the best way to find out if a girl is interested in you is to just go over and talk to her. Muster up some confidence and be forward with her. If you get smiles and giggles, chances are she's into you.
