Ooo, neato, a crafting thread.

I like to dabble in all sorts of stuff, but I'm a major knitter.

Here is throw blanket I'm particularly proud of....took forever!

I've wanted to knit a blanket for a long time, but they just look so daunting...

I've been working on what I call my fairytale sweater for about 4 years and I've only got about 6 inches at the bottom hem completed...

(It's my fairytale sweater because the pattern is called Autumn Rose and the yarns I'm using came from a line that is named for aspects of fairytales; the greens are called Frog Prince and Enchanted Forest, the pink is called Damsel, the purple I was going to use but sent back because it was too dark was called Evil Step mother...)

Here are a few of the scarves I've made (I have soooo many, I don't know what to do with them).

That's why I stopped knitting: too many things made, not enough people to pawn the creations off to.

Wow!! I've been working on a cross stitch of a dragon and a castle for... pff 17+ years (started it when I was a wee preteen) and it's still not done. It's sad because about 90% of the stitching is done, I just have the border and the detail threads to do, I think.
