Thai boxing is the best for this. Unless you're doing MMA training or serious boxing no other martial art will toughen you up as good as what Muay Thai can.
I'd agree with that. Although San shou is pretty hardcore.

Oh, doubtless an Israeli special forces veteran would destroy a mere karakata in short order. But as you may have noticed were on the Internet so I'm spared the experience. However I'm sure you can tell us something. Giving information is never useless. How do you spar? What equipment do you use? Does the system incorporate Kata? Kihon? What do the gradings entail? How long does it take to achieve shodan?
Or is it all super secret...
