Ah, problematic comparison. Non sequitur has a pretty much universally agreed definition which is available in the dictionary (and which as you observe, applies to Ricos question). Whereas there is no consensus on what an "inner meaning" of anything actually is. It's a meaningless question, Like what's the meaning of life the universe and everything (42).
