In the first article you posted the author is one Dr Vivian V. Vetrano. What is she a doctor of? It says on the website she has a hMD? What is that?
In fact there are many documented cases of vegans becoming B12 deficient http://veganhealth.org/b12/cases Additionally this study shows that vegans can have significantly lower B12 than omnivores, with 78% of vegans being deficient in b12, compared to 0% in omnivores. This demonstrates the importance of B12 supplementation, and the damage that you are causing by propagating such nonsense
