Well, what you have to remember is that when a christian tells you how improbable life is, or the universe is, or whatever... they haven't actually done any calculations of probability, or even thought about it, really. They're just asserting that it's so based on nothing more than their own incredulity, as though the fact that they don't know how it works means it doesn't without godmagic.
Even addressing that claim seriously at all is giving it more thought than the person who initially broached it did.
