Serotonin question

I may have had serotonin syndrome from mixing large amounts of dextromethorphan with anditdepressants. It feels like being extremely epileptic and a stranger to everyone and everything around you. It also feels like you'll never return to normal..EVER!

That's exactly what it is. In my experience, sodium metamizole 500mg achieved the best body temperature reduction (about 3x more than Aspirin or Ibuprofen) combined with white cell reduction, this seriously takes a huge weight off the shoulders. While normally it's ill-advised due to a risk of aggranulocitosis, I found no paper saying it is so in cases of abnormally high white cell count.
