If you would remember the past posts you wouldn't ask me the same question again and again but here we are for more charity works.
I ask you the same questions again and again because you don't answer them.
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: Science go forward all the time but also the human desire to get out the physical-material sewer go forward.
What is the 'physical-material sewer' exactly?
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: To be more precise the material-physical part is not even the driving force
for humans to discover more science but this is something that you will learn later on when you will get out the mental corral of dogmas.
Do you understand what a dogma is?
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: I understand that you never left your small village in England so you are not aware of what happen outside in the global world.
The reality however is that most of the people living in Africa, Asia, central and south America can not afford medical health, education and of course enough food without even mentioning the new technologies and these people make about 80% of the global population.
When I asked you if you had pulled those statistics out of your ass, i was trying to provoke you into providing a citation to provide evidence that the statistics had indeed come from somewhere like a study. This attempt seems to have failed. Can you guess what i'm going to ask you for now?
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: The search for happiness is the driving force behind new discoveries.
Really? So Oppenhiemer was searching for hapiness when he made the atom bomb? So Darwin was searching for happiness when he came up with the theory of evolution, even though it caused severe unhappiness due to his christian beliefs?
Need I go on?
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: When you are completely happy you wouldn't have any reason to struggle.
This sentance doesn't make sense. Struggling with what? I have no idea what you are on about there. Besides, you don't choose to struggle, and happiness has nothing to do with it.
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: I earlier point out that physical science can not bring permanent happiness
nevertheless most people keep on dreaming that this is the way to go to find happiness
Really, what people are these?
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: so the search for happiness is totally relevant for the progression of science.
Wrong again boy.
Another waste of five minutes of my life, trying to decipher unintelligable assertions and fallacies.
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: I wonder when you ever understand what people are saying.
I instead said that physical science can not help to get people out the sewer therefore can only be regarded as an help to stay afloat.
In physical science there is no addendum ( add 1 to 0 = 1 this is an addendum while -1 + 1 = 0 does not add anything to you therefore it is only an help to stay afloat).
Let me explain in a different way so your limited intellect MAY understand.
Suppose you get sick.
In this case you loose your health.
Now Mr. PhysicalScience come to your help and cure you.
Is this an addendum to your normal status?
Of course not because by healing you you go back to your normal status
of health.
Oh dear....
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: Physical science would help you to progress if would be able to make a super man out of a normal man but this never happen.
Plenty of drugs are used on people without anything being wrong with them. Steriods for instance, taken illegally by athletes, increase energy, recovery and strength. Do you believe science is progressing now that i have shown you such an example?
(April 16, 2014 at 9:13 am)enrico Wrote: As i just said above the lack of happiness is the driving force behind the search for new discoveries (science).
However it is an illusion to think that physical science can lead to progress.
Continuous births and death can only be stopped by spiritual progress not by physical science therefore this science can not bring real progress.
Really? So can you please go into detail about this? How exactly is 'spiritual progress' going to stop death? I think we'd all really be interested in hearing this. After you have explained how, you can go and get your nobel prize.
(April 16, 2014 at 10:29 am)enrico Wrote: That is not the inner meaning boy.
That is one of the method to work in order to reach the goal.
There are other methods of course even more effective but i am not
talking about a method to get to the goal.
The inner meaning is the goal.
What ...........love for wisdom means?
What is wisdom?
How you get real wisdom?
Can you get real wisdom in this finite universe?
Of course not as the term finite imply that you can not reach 100% wisdom
so total wisdom can not be achieved in this finite universe.
Wisdom is total knowledge and total knowledge can only be achieve in an infinite stratum or place.
So the inner meaning of philosophy (love for wisdom) is to merge in that infinite stratum known by some as nirvana, paradise or samadhi.
OK, so i was right, the definition of philosophy is wrong because it isn't the same as yours.
(April 16, 2014 at 10:29 am)enrico Wrote: You only got a limited idea about this issue.
Religion is external, spirituality is internal.
Externally you got nothing, internally you got everything.
God is you in a material form so spirituality is the effort to
understand who you really are.
In religion God is a separate entity that will always be separate
even in paradise.
In spirituality you are God and when you realize this there is no more
separation. This stage is the paradise the nirvana and the samadhi.
Religion get nowhere while spirituality get at the core of everything.
When a drop of water get into the ocean she become the ocean itself.
And you know all this how? And you can provide evidence for this how?

I am glad you change your mind about the life to be finite.
I shell reward you with a kudos for exit the corral of dogma
once in your life.
Try not to go back again in this ugly place boy.
I don't think you understand what I said. We don't know if there is life after death. But there is no evidence to suggest there is, so there is no justification for believing it.
We don't know if Sock Fairies steal our socks from the washing machine. But there is no evidence to suggest they do, so there is no justification for believing that.

Or you get it now with the crap on it or you loose.
Thats a bit of a false dichotomy. I'm going to need a few more details about this gold and poop if you are going to come up with such specific problems with my answer. Where is this poop covered gold? How many people are aware of its existence? How accessible is the gold?

(April 16, 2014 at 10:29 am)enrico Wrote: It is all about some of you guys that reckon that qualifications and degrees
mean everything.
The I control the mind and the mind control the body not the other way around.
Considering that physical science is below the mind that create it it is obvious that by relying on this science you wan't be able to get at the core of the all.
So you keep on dealing with crap instead of going at the core and get the real thing.
Yea that makes no sense.
Qualifications don't mean everything. But they certainly are important. They let us know that the person speaking actually knows what they are talking about. They have passed tests by experts in a particular field and have demonstrated their aptitude at their subject. A person with qualifications is far more likely to know what they are talking about than someone who doesn't. If you heard a meteor was going to hit earth, which person would you be more likely to believe it from? A tramp or Stephen Hawkin? There is a very obvious answer here, lets see if you can get it.
