Changes in libido are sometimes reported with the SSRIs, but the fact that you might have that side effect doesn't mean that you will necessarily have that side effect. You can always discontinue the medication if you don't like the side effects. They typically stop once you stop taking the medication or shortly thereafter. And you might value the positives from being on the medication more than you dislike the side effects. Generally speaking, with SSRIs, you will have a good idea of how it will affect you, good and bad, in 2-6 weeks.
