Yeah, on the basis of their food quality, or for some the morality of their food, but not for what they do in the bedroom.
Why shouldn't the government force you to buy Chic-Fil-A because their food is much better than KFC?
Outlawing any kind of discrimination can be rationalized and codified into law.....always at the expense of someone else's freedom. Government should be about preserving peoples freedom....not taking it away.
