When you consider that the human body is the result of millions of years of evolution by natural selection, it is an amazingly complicated machine. If you believe that it was 'designed' by a 'creator', you must also admit that this 'creator' mucked it up dramatically.
I sometimes wonder if humanity hasn't gone beyond evolution at this point. We have taken control of things to such an extent that 'natural selection' doesn't seem like it can have much effect on us anymore. Those genetic anomalies that cause change (over generations) are now countered by modern science. Those born with these anomalies are now able to reproduce, passing those genes on to the next generation when natural selection would have prevented it. Our own knowledge may eventually be the driving force behind our devolution. Good thing it takes so damn long!
