Well, you've been under average weight most of your life, if I understand it, BQ. My mom struggles with fat acceptance, too. She's gained some weight since she hit menopause and she thinks she's fat now when really she's slimmer than any real women I know of that are even 10 or 20 years younger than her. It's hard to change something deeply ingrained on your mind, but if you work on it, you can get there, I think, unless you have body dysmorphia.
