Well point is that its from the same God who sent the Holy Bible. And that's it proves that its unaltered as the pattern in the op shows. Or not

As for the overwritten Quran, tbh never heard of it. But what I know is the Quran is same all over the world. No different versions exist.
And Allah has promised to protect it from corruption
"Surely, We have sent down the reminder, and We will most surely be its guardian". (Qur’an, 15:9)
" .... and most surely, it is a mighty book. Falsehood shall not come to it from before it nor from behind it; a revelation from the Wise, the praised One". (Qur’an, 41:41-42)
