So far, no word of deaths or injuries, so that's good. The fire here is pushing toward the coast and affecting neighborhoods. I have a pretty thick cloud of smoke over my house, but no flames within five miles or so.

With winds and blowing embers, depending on the wind direction, that five miles can disappear quickly - so be prudent and safe.
