Ultimately, I figured that this was the root of all weirdness. A significant amount of people do seem to imagine that -if- they made all the right choices they would somehow be nearer "optimal health". It's a strange moralizing bent that we seem to have as a species(maybe) with regards to our well-being. What people who conceptualize things this way are missing is that there is no known or quantifiable sort of stasis whereby which "user error" is the root of biological issues (sickness). Our bodies were arranged by a blind committee, and subject to both external and internal stressors as well as plain old poor design. They screw up no matter how many "good decisions" we make...and I would feel comfortable saying that we all know plenty of people who make all the "wrong decisions" and remain healthy as an Ox...just to spite the rest of us. All that being said..if you can explain any benefit that starvation (controlled or otherwise) confers that could not be better gained some other way...I'll go on a fast right now...........but I'm not going to hold my breath.
I already explained why this is the case.
I also mention how my grandfather live so long and in good health
despite he was smoking cigars and drinking wine regularly.
All these people in previous lives build up an healthy body-mind
and in this life they are screwing up the old saving.
As simple as that.
Keep on holding your breath a bit longer boy
more bad news for denialists on coming.
