Science was once a child of the church.

Well I hope not, I do not believe in the Christian hell, nor do I see god threatening to put any human in some insane hell; I believe we all are destined to be with him. Which is why I cannot be Christian or in most religions, nor can I be an atheist; so I walk alone, and get put out of most places.

And what of this belief in Adam? Do you believe the bible comes from your god?

I don't have a god, I don't know god, but I do like the bible, but I do not believe it is errorless, I think the Roman Catholic church and its translators raped it in many ways. I do believe there was an Adam, I do not believe he was the first man, but I do believe he was the first man God gave a working consciousness. Or the first man to fully comprehend.

I don't think primordial man was fully conscious. Not in my view. I think their instincts were just VERY high! Why God made them, I have no idea. But I think science has done an excellent job with archeology in their work discovering them.

Science and the church used to work good together as well.
