All these people in previous lives build up an healthy body-mind
and in this life they are screwing up the old saving.

And how would you know this is the case rather than it simply being luck?

There is no such a thing as luck.
Many people think that the manna some time can fall from the sky
but it never happen.
Eventually when you get the manna this is due to previous
actions which depend on karma law.

I asked "how" you know this. Not whether it was karmic law or not.

So again. HOW do you know that it isn't luck, that it's karmic law?
