Philosophical for sure Ben, though my knowledge is minimal there. I've only grown this belief out of a respect and admiration for nature, I'm a bit of an animal approacher and see our interconnected-ness. The main operating functions of birds go from nervousness to flirtatiousness to jealousy to fun-seeking from what I've gathered. I've got a video of me flirting with robins in my own yard.
