The figures reveal the continuing, extraordinary magnitude of minority incarceration and the stark disparity in their rates of incarceration compared to those of whites. Out of a total population of 1,976,019 incarcerated in adult facilities, 1,239,946 or 63 percent are black or Latino, though these two groups constitute only 25 percent of the national population

And this tells you what? That we throw more latinos and blacks in jail for crimes we let white people get away with? Or does it tell you maybe more white people have more money to buy that justice with? Or maybe, just maybe blacks and latinos are committing 63% more of the crimes than white, and all other races, are?

Oh, and btw....OJ is in jail, too.

Not for the murders of Ms. Simpson. He was a mega millionaire when he went on trial for that. Was comparatively broke when he went on trial for what he is currently incarcerated for.

The OJ card was a valid card to lay out. Illustrated my point nicely. The statisic you provided above does not support your "if you're white" contention.
