How do you shut up 9/11 "truthers"?

Tell them out front, that you believe everything the govt. and media tell you.
That your leaders would never lie to you.

First, no one here is making that claim.

Second, you make it sound like a binary position.
Either you believe everything the government says, or everything the government says is a lie.
Both positions make a person an idiot as far as I'm concerned.

Basically you're saying.... If you believe 9/11 was not caused by our own government, then you believe everything our government says is 100% truth.
I know that's one of the logical fallacies, but I don't remember which one. Maybe someone can jump in and remind me....
