Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Surprised at you GC!

This was written by the Apostle Paul to the church in Ephesus. It is meant as wonderful guideline in life and a way to live happily with ones neighbors and fellow believers. It is not meant to restrict a Christian from ever showing anger towards an ignorant thought or person. Jesus became angry without sin. Perhaps you should learn the Bible before spouting off like an idiot.

Spouting off? Lol. I'm merely quoting the word of God brother. If you don't like it, take it up with the author! Paul's exhortation fits rather well with proverbs:-

"A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control."

Did it look to you like GC was giving vent to his anger or keeping it under control?

And indeed the sermon on the mount...

"You have heard that it was said to our people long ago, ‘You must not murder anyone.[a] Anyone who murders another will be judged.’22 But I tell you, if you are angry with a brother or sister,[b] you will be judged. If you say bad things to a brother or sister, you will be judged by the council. And if you call someone a fool, you will be in danger of the fire of hell.

REPENT!! I don't want to see you burn in hell!
