You know, I've never had Mormons try to convert me. Jehovah's Witness, yes. But Mormons? There ain't no Mooohmuhn's in my neck of the woods!
That is until I moved to Little Rock. There are Mormons here. But they still haven't tried to convert me.
I kinda feel left out.
But when the Jehovah's Witness have tried, they end up finding there's nothing they can teach be about the Bible. I was raised on that book. So, unlike the usual angry unbeliever they expect to find, they find a young, hansom (if he does say so himself), polite man well versed in Biblical matters. I'll smile, talk to them for a while, and then they'll leave. Next time I plan to invite them in for tea. Tell them I'd love to do a Bible study with them (they love Bible studies), as long as they're willing to hear some differing opinions about what various passages mean.
