Meh. It's an illogical fear reaction. Seems pretty common to me based on the poll. The severity of it is less interesting to me than that there is a reaction at all!
Sure, but difficult to tell if trypophobia is a real condition. Many people would be upset if anything on the body were out of place. Examples could be abnormally large features, an obvious limb fracture, unusual protruding growth, etc.
