Since he's reading his Bible more, he'll eventually get to the above. Might as well point it out to him now and ask him why he's engaged to you. Whole lot easier to break off an engagement than get a divorce.
Protip: Don't quote the Bible to atheists if you want to have any chance of expressing your point. Use your own reasoning and logic.

This is definitely something to point out and discuss in depth. You don't want him to discover this verse after you've been married or even worse after you have children if you plan to have them.
Again the visions thing would worry me more. Most people are capable of having healthy relationships with people who are not the same faith (or lack of) as them.
