Six years, but my 'crops' turn every 4 months (indoor), so it's roughly equivalent to 18 years (minus seasonal pest considerations).

Yes, I use the same organic capsaicin oil from the same manufacturer, and in the same proportions each time. I also have a pal with access to gas Chromatigraphy equipment who measures my levels (as well as my crop potency when cured).
