You don't necessarily believe in a god, or deity...but you wish to learn from others of religious views and others with other views, such as pagan, wiccan, satanists, etc...etc... to get a better understanding of the world?

In my opinion, no. Metatheism seems to me like you're someone who is unsure of what they understand so they are seeking answers from multiple points of views to gather information in order to come up with their own answers for explanations. If that made any sense.
Atheism is the lack of beliefs in a god, or deity. Atheism requires fact in order to say "yes, that is correct." or "yes, that does exist"
