I'm not frightened by them per see... only that they are much more frightening than people wearing bags. As for why this would be, 1: they can afford the suit, 2: they probably mean business, and 3: they likely did so with an intent in mind... and when that is unknown there seems a possibility of it being malevolent. There are a few other changes that can occur to make people in suits more caution-worthy than women wearing bags... especially if the person looks the part of formality associated by me with suits.
