Really, bear with me here.
Anyhow, the topic is of a possible constraint on 'supply'. Now we all know 'demand' is relatively inflexible (insatiable springs to mind too) and if um, conventional outlets are harder to encounter, then there will be a percentage willing to, as they say, take a walk on the wild side.
