What are you debating on using a notebook or binder for then we could come up with logical reasons on why one is better than the other based on what the application is.
You can stand binders vertically in a shelf. They also contain slotted sections on each flap for additional paper storage, perhaps large enough to store a small notebook haha.
So much hate on the binderism.
I'm debating over what should be used by default (you know how you choose your 'default' browser. mine is Google Chrome).
Good point on how you can stack binders vertically easily. I just realized that the typical (hard cover not flimsy) binder can easily stand vertically on its own without tipping over and take up less surface area on a table than a notebook laying flat on a table.
