I don't believe the state has any legal obligation to provide for the homeless. You don't have to believe in god to go to church. You don't have to pretend to be Christian to go to bible study. But you do have to go to church and bible study to gain admittance to this shelter. Sad, but true.
I think it's best to do what you've go to do in order to have a better chance of getting back on your feet sooner.
By that logic they wouldn't have any obligations to give food stamps or cash assistance or anyother programs for people in need, where do we draw the line
