Actually, you'd be surprised at the amount of fundies who believe that everyone over a certain age will be held accountable. They believe that the Holy Spirit will come to every person in some, undeniable way, and that every non-Christian willingly and knowingly rejected him. So, they totally, straight-faced will tell you two things:
- People born and raised Muslim will at some point know that Islam is wrong and that Christianity is right, yet the vast majority of them will stick with a religion they know is wrong.
- Even if a Muslim is living in a country where apostasy is a capital offense, Jesus Christ still fully expects them to reject their wrong, heathen religion and accept him under pain of death.
Now, it's a stupid, reprehensible belief system, but there are plenty of people who believe it. It's vital to them to accept God as "all loving". After all, if he sent them to hell without telling them the truth, he'd be a monster, and the Bible says they all go to hell otherwise, and the Bible can't be wrong!
