When you say that you 'believe in aliens' what do you mean exactly?
I believe in aliens in that I think that its very unlikely indeed that we're the only intelligent life in the universe. (This assumes, of course, that we count as intelligent).
However, I don't think that aliens are visiting the earth, or kidnapping humans for exotic sexual experiments. Which is a shame really, since that'd be kinda fun (why don't they kidnap me? ). Nor do I believe that aliens are walking among us disguised as humans, and controlling the government. It just ain't plausible.
Imo its highly unlikely that we'll ever meet any aliens- the interstellar distances are just too great. At best, we might find evidence of their existence via something like SETI.
