Since it's not Fred's (g)ravesite, I'm thinking it takes out the illicit thrill of public graveyard homo-sex.

Fred is still in Hell.

He is not just being tormented by demons, 2nd Sunday of every month, Satan himself drops by for a conjugal.

Fred swears quite a bit while birthing new demons from his asshole, and it further distresses Fred all those new demons are male, resemble him, and immediately start buggering him. (they emerge fully formed, and in Large, extra-Large, XXL, up to XXXXXXXXXXL)

Fred also continuously vomits red hot santorum.
