I took the "I am here as a middle aged man" as if is was a choice, like putting on a costume. Which stuck me as a back handed insult. Then, right off the go, we get the "I am a spiritual person here to answer any and all of your questions". I took that as pure arrogance, and a more direct insult. Somehow we are ignorant of what "spiritual" means, haven't heard the claims a thousand times before? The questioning and answering should be going the other way. We are not the ones suffering from delusions.

I didn't get the impression "playing nice" was in the cards with this one. If he(?) wants to be patted on the poe-poe and treated like a spiritual guru of some kind, he can chose a different playpen.

Whilst we are generally lenient with insulting language / rudeness in other forums, this kind of behaviour is explicitly disallowed in the Introductions forum. Please welcome new members to the community in a nice manner, or refrain from welcoming them at all.

Note that this does not give you a carte blanche to act in an insulting or rude manner in other areas of the forums. Please try to be welcoming and friendly at all times, even if a member is disagreeing with you. Rather than engaging with obvious spammers and trolls, please report them to the staff and let us take care of them.
