If you, as an adult, want to live in my house, I think I'm entitled to set the conditions! If you don't want to meet those conditions, well, you don't have to. Converting is an odd request but saying that you need to go to church and live as a Christian does not seem unreasonable to me. It's not so different to my employer telling me to act a certain way. Of course I have a choice but quid pro quo, they pay me so they get to tell me what to do.
There is a very old phrase. Beggars can't be choosers. When you are independent you can live as you please. When you rely on the goodwill of others, unfortunately you dance to their tune. Or don't. Up to you.

Bullshit. Circumstances made you homeless. Losing your job made you homeless. What they did is took you in. Now you discover there are strings attached, well that's too bad. Very little in life comes for free, bed and board almost never!
My wife and I were keeping that whole house afloat. Paying 75% of the rent and filling the fridge up. I even ran several repairs around the house and did a lot of yard work. Now they will have to mooch off of there beloved church to stay afloat and may even be evicted because they wont make the income requirement to stay in their house.
But like any Christian, they will have to lie on a legal document.
Your opinion can go fuck it's self.
Our presence in that house was quiet, virtually non-existant. Asking to go to church is one thing, but my brother in law avoided conversation to resolve conflict and my sister in law insisted that my wife and I were devils, devil worshippers, and made fun of me because of my suicide attempt three months ago.
So I would look at the whole picture before I came upon such a conclusion.
Actually, I will rephrase that. You can go fuck yourself.
Hello everyone! Great news!
A week ago my wife and I were able to move in to another place for a 2-3 month stay as we get our finances together. We are finally free of all religious judgement.
My wife and I spent this past weekend meeting great secular people. The world seems much less lonely.
Last week I finished my intensive therapy. 3 months of hospitals and surgery and I am finally free sailing.
Thank you all for your encouragement and advice!
Now I'm just active in the job search and currently building my web developing/programming skills so that I can eventually catch a couple gigs or land a good job!
Things are going well. Hope to be employed in two weeks.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
