How could you possibly be a danger to others, when you are cognizant of what you are and are not physically seeing or doing?
Blackouts, a manic sexual thrill when committing murder with a knife, and I've been known to take the advice of persons nonreal to anyone but myself. These generally qualify as "potential threat", though the likelihood of such actually being a relevant current threat to other's safety (or my own) is very very low. For now.

You say that now... but don't let me drive. The cars may or may not be there, and I may or may not be driving on the road that is really a sidewalk that is anything but empty.
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
