no am not if you used something from history it means you are using someone opinion or view except you are an expert of how to approve historic events and it will still be suspected. thats different of using scriptures as it is the opinion of your religion and if it was proved wrong then its not from god and its an evidence that the religion someone following is written by men and not from god

Yes and No again. The "Core" yes, just as in Christianity and Judaism, but the sects separates them in their own little unique ways. Hence again, the reason for even having a separation for what is believed to be more important and indifference within every sect/branch etc.
