As I've said before, the English wrote the Bible as a gift to the Pope. The Bible as such didn't exist before that. The English writers included a lot of discrepancies as a prank to show that it was just a fairy tale. No one caught on to it because people didn't have Bibles and they relied upon what they were told was in it.
Today people such as us have access to it and the time and technological means to pick it apart. So it's easy for us to see all of the discrepancies that the English included to show that it's just a prank.
The other day a poster linked a video about the Ten Commandments. It illustrates how brainwashed everyone is because the list of commandments that everyone would swear on his life is the Ten Commandments simply isn't. People think that it's the Ten Commandments because that's what everybody says. However, when you read the Bible it clearly states that the real Ten Commandments are hidden in Exodus 34:1-28 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?se...V;NKJV;KJV
This is very important because it shows that the Jesus character didn't know the Ten Commandments. In Matthew 22:35-40 a lawyer asked him a question about the Commandments. Jesus gave the wrong answer https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?se...V;NKJV;KJV
The Ten Commandments doesn't have anything about loving your neighbor. The first commandment says to destroy other peoples' religious objects and artifacts.
That's one of the discrepancies that the writers included to show that it was just a prank.
