Rhiz, in my line of work (Chemist), all of my testing is in a controlled environment of 22C..(71.6 - /~ 72)
For everyone out there that reads this next part, please do not condemn me too much...
What I had been told in the past, on many occasions, was that in consideration with "Wine", room temp was to be between 63F - 65F (17C - 18C).
It was told to me by many a' Frenchman....lol..
